Shipping costs are 770 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Shipping is free for purchases over 18,000 yen (excluding tax) .
Delivery will be by Yamato Transport (within Japan only)

Shipping costs are 370 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Available only for some eligible products within the specified size.
Letter Pack Light can only be used for payment by bank transfer or credit card.
Delivery will be to your home mailbox, so you cannot specify a delivery date and time.

Returns Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within one week of receiving the item.
We cannot accept any returns without prior notification.

We will not accept returns if the product is damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession.
Due to the nature of viewing on a computer or smartphone, the actual color may differ depending on the screen. We do not consider the color of the image to be a defect on our part. If you would like to know more about the color or material, please contact us before purchasing.
We consider scratches and warping on antique items to be part of the antique feel. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted if the conditions for returns and exchanges set by our store are met.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to our omissions, such as a "defective product" or "wrong product shipment," we will cover the full cost of return shipping and exchange shipping.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as the product being different from what you expected or the size being wrong, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the exchange.
